Yoga found me during a challenging chapter in my life, illuminating my path and transforming me in profound ways. Once I finally allowed myself to feel and opened my heart to healing, my life was never the same. Having been through trying times, yoga and ritual have helped me connect with my inner self and find my power. I am forever grateful to my teachers and mentors for showing me that what I was seeking was already within me.
I received my RYT 200 certification in 2022 and have been teaching yoga consistently ever since. I've had the privilege of training with teachers such as Bridgett Piacenti, Kino MacGregor, Tim Feldmann, and Ross Stambaugh. My experience now extends to crystal bowl sound healing as well as aroma touch with reiki energy healing.
For which type of events do you offer private sessions?
I offer private yoga and sound healing sessions for birthdays, corporate wellness events, retreats, bachelorette parties, weddings, and more. I’d love to help make your special event even more memorable!
I'm not flexible. Is yoga right for me?
Absolutely! Flexibility is one of the many benefits yoga poses can provide, and taking a live, instructed class can help students to stretch tight muscles safely.
In addition, practicing yoga is not just about physical poses. We connect the mind, body, and spirit through meditation, breath work, and simply following a moral lifestyle with frequent self-reflection.
Can I join your classes if I have injuries or limited mobility?
Yes! My classes are designed to be inclusive and adaptable for all levels and abilities. If you have injuries or limited mobility, let me know before class so I can offer modifications and ensure your experience is safe and supportive.
You could also start with private sessions to determine your level of ability before joining group classes. Send me a message for a free consultation!
Do I need to have yoga props at home to take the online classes?
Not necessarily. Yoga can be practiced with or without props, yoga pants, and even your mat. Props can be helpful when a student has an injury or just prefers more support; pillows, throw blankets, a sturdy box, and a dog leash are all great substitutes. Pajamas are the best for practicing at home! And your living room rug or a towel in your backyard can be a makeshift mat.
Come as you are.
